We mainly specialise in the domestic workplace supplying a high standard of service to our customers, our service desk keeps our customers up to date throughout the working day to maintain the most efficient timings so we keep appointments as promised. We are consistently updating our technology for our inbound call centre and job plotting procedures.

We are an ISO 9001 registered company this provides our customers and business associates the reassurance we operate an efficient and organised business procedure throughout the entire operation of all departments within OrbitalStream Our main business is supplying television reception technology to domestic dwellings and businesses throughout the mainland UK, through TV Aerial and Satellite reception equipment. We operate an efficient network of service vehicles and engineers throughout the UK to deliver an on time and expert service.

We are constantly retraining and updating our skills to offer a wider range of services we are currently introducing a new trading name Homeline Services, we are expanding the services we offer in some of the most needed service required within the domestic home. The first service we are going to offer is Homeline Plumbing, followed by Homeline Electrical. We are currently retraining some of our engineers in both fields this shows our dedication to our staff by extending and furthering their career opportunities and skills.

We have also trained teams for installing solar, Homeline Solar, but due to the confusion and uncertain levels regarding the feed in tariffs this service and any marketing regarding solar is on hold. All our customers come from inbound calls generated from advertising and legitimate marketing techniques, we do not cold call or use outbound sales methods.
